10 minute Elliptical weight loss workout

Right now for this ten-minute workout, you’re
going to need an elliptical machine. If you don’t have one, then you’ll
have to do one of my many other ten-minute fat burning workouts to make you
look good naked. Before we start this workout, go ahead and get your
elliptical set up, so you’ll be all ready to go. But also, make sure that
you’ve warmed up for at least five to ten minutes. If you’re already warmed
up, then let’s go ahead and get started. Okay, wait for the countdown clock in the
corner to appear. All right, in ten seconds, you’re going to go as fast as
you can. All right, get ready. Almost there, get ready. Get ready to start.
Three, two, one, go. All right, go, come on, as fast as you can. Come
on, get your legs up. Come on. Go as fast as you can. Only got three more
seconds, then we’re going to stop. Come on. Keep going as fast as you can.
Give it all you’ve got. Stop. All right, go ahead and rest. All right, in
five more seconds, we’re going to speed right back up. Come on now, three,
two, one, go. Come on, speed it up, speed it up. Come on,
now. If you don’t work hard, you can’t burn that fat. Come on, go fast.
Come on, speed it up, speed it up, almost finished, and stop. All right,
quick ten second rest. That’s all we’re going to do during this whole workout,
ten seconds of hard work and ten seconds of rest. All right, get ready
to go again. Ready and go. That’s right, pick it up. Pick it up. Come
on, now. Come on, almost. Come on, three more seconds, almost finished. All
right and stop. All right, real slow, go ahead and rest. Now, if you
want to, you can stand still, if you want to. But, you might have an elliptical
where you have to keep going to keep it on. All right, go. That’s right, keep going. Come
on, speed it up. Come on. Give it all you’ve got. Don’t give up on me.
Two more seconds and stop. All right, quick ten-second break. Okay, we’ve
got about, like, eight more minutes of doing this. Come on, now, it’s
not that hard. Ready and go. There’s one thing I want you to remember,
don’t give up. I don’t care what you do, if you feel like quitting, just stand
there. Don’t quit and stop. All right, relax. That’s the main thing here. I don’t want you
to give up. I want you to at least stand on there the whole time if you
have to. Go. Come on, pick it up. Pick it up. Go fast, fast as you can.
Come on, five more seconds. Come on, three more seconds. Come on. Give it all
you’ve got. Don’t stop, and stop. All right, relax. Come on. Do not talk yourself

If this is too hard for you, change your settings on the machine. But,
whatever you do, I don’t want you to quit. I don’t want you to get off that

for the whole ten minutes. Do not get off that machine. All right, just
stay there. Come on and stop. Don’t ever give up. Just keep going. Just
hang in there with me. You’ve got about six more minutes left. That’s only six

the only thing it means if you’re getting tired, that means that fat is coming

to say it again, I know you’re tired of hearing it, don’t give up. Get ready.

two minutes are going to be kind of tough. But, believe me. If you can fight
for these last two minutes, it’s going to be worth it. Come on, go. Come on, pick it up. Come on,
get those legs moving. Come on, going to burn that fat off. Almost, stop.
All right, going real slow, relax. Relax, come on, three more seconds,
then we’re going to speed it back up. Go. Do not quit. Hang in there. Come
on, hang in there. Move your legs. Just don’t stand there. I know you’re tired. Just move, do something.
Come on, but don’t get off that machine. Stop. Whatever you do, do not
get off. I don’t care if you stand there for this entire ten-minute workout.
I don’t want you to quit. I want you to stay on that machine for the whole
ten minutes and do something. Come on, go. Come on, pick it up. Come on.

a little voice in your head saying, ‘I should quit.’ Hey, tell that voice
to shut up. All right, shut that voice off. All right, go. Come on, tell
that voice in your head, you want a sexy body and you will not quit. Come on, keep going. Come on, three, two,
one, stop. Come on, we’re almost finished. We’ve got about, like a minute and
a half left, just a minute and a half. That’s 90 seconds. Come on, come on.
Go. Come on, keep going. Come on, five more seconds. Come on, keep it up.
Keep it up. Keep it up, and stop. Come on, I think there’s about a minute left,
all right. What that means is, you’ve got about three more times of going
real fast and that’s it. 30 more seconds of work, and 30 more seconds
of rest, go. Come on, pick it up. Pick it up. Come on, five more seconds, three,
two, one, stop. That’s right. Rest and relax. Five more seconds,
come on. I know it’s tough but I promise you it’s almost over. Go. Come on. Keep it up. Stay here with me. Five
more seconds, come on, three more seconds, almost finished, almost finished.
Stop. Keep going. I think you’ve got one more time going real fast.
I’m not sure, but we’re almost finished. It’s under 30 seconds left. Go. This might

  1. I think that folllowing Dr. Pompa's routine would be better… go as fast as u can for 30 secs to a mins. Typically most ppl make it to 45 secs then stop and rest for 2 to 3 mins til breath is back to normal then do again a total of 3 to 4 times (about 10 mins)

  5. If I say I want to do this around 2 or 3 times a day how long should my break be before I start again. While doing the 10 min one it does wear me out but after a while I'm ready to hop back on and try again.

  6. I do full 30 minutes 5 times per week, haven't started diet yet. But I do this full 30 minutes in the same speed, not as fast as I can but fast, like running. I am 16% bodyfat, can I drop to 8% if I include diet?

  10. this was my 1st day I did 20 minutes. But my heart rate was way beyond the ideal rate to burn fat not sugar. I had to slowdown to make it worth my while.

  17. Hey, i'm kinda new to all this "workout" thing, so I just wanted to share my opinion. I got eliptical trainer (HMS h9224) about a week ago and being someone who never excercised (i used to walk 12-13 km a day before, but I don't count it as a work out) I didn't know how to do a proper work out. And then I stumbled upon your workout videos. AMAZING. I tried this one and actually was super surprised when you said that its only a minute and a half left ๐Ÿ˜€ anyway, thank you so much! i might not lose weight fast, but god damn i fell much better after doing this workout for 6 days

  18. I did this yesterday but the elliptical said I only burned like 50 calories. It pauses in between, doesn't restart. Any idea why? This workout kicked my butt though!

  19. 17 and struggled with weight issues my whole life tbh 5'4 and weigh 192-5…pretty bad but im gonna start doing this tomorrow plus doing boxing also lol but i really hope this will help..i try so hard to lose weight and never gave up but my body just didnt agree with me and i struggled to lose weight so i quit and gain more wait for a couple years but im tired of how i look and i hate feeling so uncomfortable with my own skin…i grew up hating my body and everyone calling me names but now im gonna try really hard again and this time im not giving up like i did a couple years ago.     Just started back on my elliptical after a 2-year hiatus. Searching for something that emulated a guided workout at the gym.
    Made it all the way through the 10min! It's simple, but kicked my butt! I love the countdown on the screen. I turned down the volume so I don't wake my people but the countdown is large enough to see from several feet away. No excuses. Thanks so much!!!

  25. Wow!! That was a great workout. I kept thinking this is so easy but my heart is racing. The trainer said exactly what I needed to hear at just the right time. Sweat is dripping down my forehead and I usually can't break a sweat. Thank you sooo much for this video. I'll be looking good naked in no time.

  26. Hey Adrian. Thanks for this video. I've done it several times now and intend to keep using it. It's great. I wonder however, if you're able to redo the voiceover, to reinforce with positive statements rather than negative statements.

    So instead of saying thing like 'dont quit' or ' I know you want to get off but don't get off' can you rather say things like 'stay on, keep going'.?

    This other video of yours is better (https://youtu.be/qbk0QAzw0Qc) with regards to positive word use so that one is more inspiring. As the brain hears negative words easier than it does positive words, all I hear through this video is 'quit quit quit' and 'get off get off get off'.

    I would still continue to use this video, but if you happen to have a spare half an hour to redo the voice over, they're be awesome.
