5 Easy Exercises To Prevent Breast Cancer(with subtitles)



Hello everyone..So today we are going to learn
about the 5 exercises to keep the upper body strong Lets start with the first exercise.Bring your hands
in the front, make your shoulder down elbow straight palm towards the floor and look at the front .Now
while inhaling we will move our hands to the back making semi-verticle circle and
look towards the sky make sure that your lower back should
not bend much now when exhaling bring your hands to
the front .We will do it one more time Inhale Bring your hands to the back .Make sure
that your hands should be parallel all the time and exhale bring them to the front Last time..Inhale bend your body ,bend your hands, stay there for
few seconds,exhale and relax your body so this is exercise you can repeat 15 to
20 times atleast.Lets start with the second exercise same hand position.Shoulder down ,elbow straight,palm towards the floor ,inhale and make horizontal circle this time exhale and relax one more time hands in the front,inhale ,horizontal circle, look
towards the sky ,palm should face each other and try to make full circle third time,Inhale stretch yourself as much as you can ,exhale and relax.. beautiful… this exercise also you have to try atleast 15 to 20 times let's start with third exercise .Bring your hands at 90 degree to your body .Loo straight,make your body stiff , elbow straight ,palm towards the floor and inhale and start doing the rotation in the clockwise direction now we will increase the speed of the rotation increase the speed of the hands try to make it as fast as you can exhale inhale and make the circle in the reverse direction increase the speed, exhale and relax one more time,hands at 90 degree,inhale,make small circles increase the speed exhale and relax Inhale…..Circle in the opposite direction increase the speed exhale and relax your body hands at 90 degree,elbow straight,palm towards the floor,Inhale and start doing the rotation increase the speed exhale and relax One more time ,Inhale… Rotation in the reverse direction increase the speed ,exhale and relax your body So this exercise you can again do it for 15 to 20
times..Excellent let's start with the fourth exercise place your palms on the wall,they should be shoulder width apart,elbow should be straight ,shoulders should be down, make
yourself in a way that your body should tilt towards the wall and check your legs
they should be fixed all the time while doing this exercise.So take the ready position
and start doing the exercise .Inhale bend your elbows,move towards the wall in
a slowly controlled motion,stay there for few seconds exhale,straight your elbows and relax inhale ,bend your elbows,move towards the wall Exhale,straight your elbows and relax..Last time ..Inhale.. and Exhale and relax So this exercise ..you can try as much
as you want .You can do it in a set of 2 taking breaks in between..Lets start with
the last exercise of the day ,the fifth exercise Take the cat position adjust yourself..your palms should be
pressing the floor and they should be shoulder width apart ,your elbows should be straight check your legs, they should be slightly
above the floor and they should cross each other look at the front and take the ready position now while inhaling, we will move down to the
ground and try to touch the chest to the floor .Now while exhaling we will push the floor and come up. Inhale.. Exhale.Inhale , bend your elbows ,exhale and come up. If possible try to replace this semi-pushup with the full push-ups so these are the 5 exercises.Please try to repeat them atleast 4 days in a week and stay healthy..Thank You
