Connecting With and Healing Your Heart (Heart Meditation) – Teal Swan

Hello there everyone. Our bodies are more like ecosystems than they’re like organisms. There are great many beings which call your body home, such as micro organisms and bacteria. You’re indivisible from them because, they cannot exist without you and you cannot exist without them. What most people don’t know is that your cells and organs of your body are different, they’re in doubt with their own consciousness, their own personalities even. The you that you call by your name, is a collection of all these things, you’re in essence a small scale collective consciousness. Understanding your body in this way is really important to vitalities, to health, to life itself. It’s really important that you connect with the separate parts of ecosystem that’s your body and one of the parts of these Eco system of the body that’s the most important to connect with is your heart. The heart is the first organ to form when the body is developing in uterus when an embroy is made up of only a very few cells, each cell can get the nutrient it needs directly from its surrounding, but as the cells survive and multiply to form a group our own body, it soon becomes impossible for nutrients to reach all the cells efficiently without help, the cells also produce waste that they need to get rid of so the heart and the blood and the circulatory system that branch off from the heart, form the first organ system to develop they’re essential to carry nutrients and waste around the embryo to keep its cells alive. The heart is the connection between all future systems that’re to form in the body. This is why it is so often seen as the center of your being. You can use the heart as a doorway between physical and nonphysical reality. In other words, it is the doorway between your soul and your physical body. You can also use the heart to send energy to all parts of your body, much like it sends blood to all parts of your body. I want to introduce you to an exercise that you can use on any part of your body, but today we’re going to use it on the heart. So to begin with, I want you to close your eyes and I want you to place your hands one on top of the other, straight over your heart. Your heart is located right under your sternum in the center of your chest. And for a minute, I want you to just feel on an emotional level, on a sensation level what your heart feels like. If  I was to mention one of your friends, the names of them, you would instantly associate a with that friend, your idea of that friend. That sensation is what we call an energetic signature. Your heart, and every organ in your body really also has a signature. It’s how you identify that person as different from everyone else you know or that organ is different from every other organ. Close your eyes and imagine your heart as a separate being that lives inside you. What does your heart feel like? If your heart were a living being, what personality would this being have? Feel free to visualize your heart as an actual mini-being or even as a mini-person if you wish. What would this being want? What would this being dislike? Does this being feel appreciated and loved? Or does it feel ignored and undervalued? Just take some time to be with your heart exactly as it is great here now and I know exactly how it feel without needing it to be different. There no right along way to have a conversation with your heart intuitively, you know exactly how to do that, but I’m going to set forth an example of how you might have a conversation with your heart. Begin by asking your heart directly, what makes you unhappy? What do you need me to do differently? If you could have one wish what would it be? And, what do you have to tell me?  You will receive the answers on an intuitive level, either you’ll hear the answers or you’ll see them in your mind’s eye or you’ll just know the answers because they’ll pop up in your consciousness. Next it is your turn to address your heart.  Acknowledge the concerns which your heart expressed to you. Explain to your heart that you value its perceptive and its need and it wants. After all, your heart represents the perspective of your true self. What do you think court needs to hear tell that to your heart you can speak to your heart inside your minds eye if you don’t wish to speak out loud next take steps to wish that your heart expressed keep in mind these can’t be something that can be accomplished in one sitting once you feel as if you’ve reached a place of understanding with your heart take sometime to express gratitude for your heart and it’s special purpose keeping you full of life keeping you vital and then I want you to visualize either gratitude it all love flowing into your heart imagine that energy been socked up by the heart and then pumped through the rest of the body imagine that love being diffused through all of the caple areas the blood vessels the artery and veins into every other organ in your body because the heart is the one’s that’s carrying he love there through out the totality of your being, imagine that love soaking into every other organ and every other tiny little cell. Just before you are ready to and back into the room make a promise to your heart if you feel ready, that you will always be available to talk to a promise that would fullfill its wishes that you agree with its perspective because you ignore the fact that it represents the truth of your being when you are ready to complete the exercise I want you to take 4 deep breaths inhaling oxygen completely into your lungs and allowing the oxygen to complete exit your lungs, after you have done this 4 times you can grigle your toes and your fingers and come back into the room by opening your eyes the more connected your are with your heart the more connected your personal truth and the more connected you are to your soul connecting with your heart is essential part of your spiritual progression, because the heart pays the burden of all the trauma and emotional level that you have experienced through you life. Relieving that trauma is by product of reconnecting with your heart and taking care of its needs in once and listening to it. Whether we like it or not we are in a relationship with our heart. Our heart is our best friend more than that it is our life partner. It is essential that we treat the relationship with our heart like we would treat relationship with a significant another we need to know to the relationship and strengthen our connection, have a good week

  1. I burst into tears before we really even started the exercise. It really caught me off guard because I didn't realize how much my heart was really carrying. I realize that I really need to listen to my heart more and stop ignoring it in an effort to protect it so much.

I new about on some level it was. but it just all come together. felt overflowing gratitude for my heart and she spoke out loud to me. because I was crying and see told me what see was learning with me. and I don't have to be upset because I could not hear hear in the beginning. or I felt I couldn't. thanks for the video.

  10. A while ago I had an experience in which I believe I experienced unconditional love from the heart, it happened like this:
    I found myself in the dream state and thought it'd be fun to expand my heart energy, my consciousness instantly dropped inside of the heart and a white light started expanding and shooting in every direction, as it was happening, it felt like a strong pushing energy, that felt like it was validating, loving and appreciating really strongly but not in a way I have felt before, not comparable with human to human love, as it was happening I felt very vulnerable, opened and scared anything could attack me for some reason, I stayed in it for a bit, but it was so strong I felt like I was gonna blow up and it started hurting so I went out of it and woke up. That love energy was beyond anything that I've ever felt in this physical experience, it's beyond and it felt healing but the vulnerable aspect was really uncomfortable, possibly just healing, it makes you feel like crying as a way of releasing emotional pain.
    edit: it now makes more sense to me, when you love someone or something all you do is focus on that person or thing in a way that expands that unconditional love energy, that's why you then fall in love and become attached, you were programmed to work like that, but you can access this energy in another way to heal yourself, however it will bring up past trauma and love that which has been unloved which will feel scary and vulnerable at the same time!

  11. my heart wanted me to have a best friend and for me to be together with my ex again. I wish I could make those things come true for my heart. Maybe I can try and meet a new friend, but it will take time I think to find someone I really connect with. I'm not easily able to open up my heart to others

  22. Dayum, this one really hit home. Deep stuff. This goes all the way back from you to your body to your organs and parts, to cellular level, to dna. You don't have to stop there with your organs do you?
    Onion and banana juice should provide a supporting effect if consumed before this exercise. That juice helps me to connect the fragmentations and become more capable to see both pain and pleasantness as one reality. I don't know if there's anything inherently wrong with fragmentation though, it's just that there seems to be a time and a place for everything (you notice this effect from akashic records and oracles like I Ching as well as "coincidences"). We are more aligned with reality than we've been led to believe, I think, or maybe a lot of people have blockages with that, not inherently devoid of that alignment. At least that's how it seemed to be for me. I guess it's more about not sensing and doing the things that align.

  23. Oh my god when she asked does your heart feel loved .. I burst into tears .
    I had a breakup and thought that my life is over because of one person who decided to leave me . But when she asked that question I suddenly remembered every single person in my life who loves me . My parents my aunts and uncles and my cousins and my grandparents my teachers my friends and my niece's and nephews. So many people love me so much and I was crying over one person for not loving me ! Thank you so much for reminding me of the people who love me so much . It all happened in a split second and I started crying .

  24. My heart has been keeping me alive for more than half a century, pumping in a dark space, day after day with out taking a break. Never asking for anything or complaining.
    Here I am never acknowledging its gift and never appreciate it and constantly putting it under pressure by my selfish emotional reaction to what I do not like in life. WOW TOTAL DISCONNECTION.

  25. So, my resting heart rate is 85 bpm. I am trying to take better care of myself, and I am feeling hopeful. Should I be doing something to help my heart besides seeing a doctor? I do have episodes where my heart beats really fast but my blood pressure drops. I cough to restart my rythm.

    imagine love diffusing through your veins and arteries, distributed through your heart. promise you will be present and fulfill its wishes, finish the exercises with 4 deep breaths.

  28. When I did the excercise I saw this image coming up in my mind of what my heart looks like as a seperate being. Lol don't know what this says about me….
