#CXBuzz Q22. Do you have a Wellbeing Strategy?



hey Claire Bosco here customer experience and employees experience experts global guru in customer service yes and slightly obsessed by you know looking after helping businesses to bring more care into the business and to their businesses so their employees feel cared for their customers will feel careful and that will bring royalty and and customer retention at the end of that so my little questions that I put on social media Monday and very especially for this week yes because its well-being will kids well-being week world week so let's talk about well-being and yes my questions on Monday was do you have a well-being strategy I mean well-being it's been talked about now for several years a little bit like customer experience and employee experience a massive massive part of your employees experience is their well-being you know if your employees feel good in your environment if they feel they look they're being looked after they will stay with you they will perform better and you know that if they feel they're careful you know they will feel happy and they will deliver amazing customer experiences so what is it kind of well-being strategy so you need to look at the whole thing so again if you need some help you know let me know or there's other people who can help in terms of the well-being but your strategies should include things like mental health so how mentally your employees you know do you have support you have resilience training do you have wareness do you have counselors within the organization who can help with their mental health then you've got the environment so that's what I'm talking about you know how the young vironment feels you know to have natural daylight do you have plans you know do you you know how how are the the desk you know how is the light or is the environment is it too cold nor cold enough the air conditioning is affecting your employees so the environment is a big part of your well-being strategy and you've got obviously your social you know so anything that you know extra day you can do with the employees so it could be volunteering it could be your corporate social responsibilities it could be you know going out bowling with the employees organizing those social events which will get your team to bond together so this is part of the well-being as well you can think about your physical health so what are you doing in the workplace to actually you know encourage your employees to be more physical do you get them to stand up every hour and do a little walk around do you provide maybe yoga or meditation during lunch time those are really kind of the kind of things which could be very simple and very easily put in place so you are employees health feel better and benefits as well benefit packages could be you know and it could be met at doctors obviously it could be all the health you know packages that you could offer but it could be things like health fitness club you know this could be a big part of you know at some of your employees that you know they can have a prediction or you know some kind of package that you've organized with your local fitness club so this is those are the part of things that should be included as part of your well-being strategies so the workforce needs to be looked at your policies need to be water obviously your ethical conduct towards well-being needs to be looked at so this is a little bit of you know a little bit of help what to look and where to look if you need somehow with well-being strategy let me know I'd be very happy to get to you know give you some tips there's other people who can give you some help as well so you know check that out wherever you are and if you need some more details contact me I'll Claire Bosco dot-com or busy Quin be calm and any questions just let me know comment on the box below and there is the link also for my C for the CX tag no stake if you haven't done it you know check it out click on it is 20 simple questions but this will give you a really good idea of where you are with your environment with a culture with your people and your customers right that's it for Dyer now I enjoy your fabulous well-being week and let us know how you're getting on I'd love to hear from you and how you can you've improved your employees performances by implore it by really giving them some really nice really lovely places to be a healthy environment and well-being within their environments that's all for now bye bye bye
