  4. I wish you all the luck in the world. I walked off 30lbs and I feel so much better. For more encouragement please look up divaslimsdown.. She lost 180 lbs naturally. A surgeon came forth and did her skin removal and tummy tuck pro bono. Jealousy followed that but she ignored it and keep moving forward and whatever they say about her she still lost the weight on her own. She’s also on instagram. Stay encouraged sweetheart ❀️

  14. What you're doing is something to be proud of! I USED to walk a lot but due to RA and fibromyalgia, I can barely get around. My weight is slowly dropping bc of change in eating. I've lost 14.8 pounds in 3 months. People can see it but I keep on pushing. I was in the high 200s. I'm down but I want to get out of the 200s. When I get to 199.999…I'M DONE DONEπŸ˜‚.
