60.5 KG. It’s 1pm now. I’m going to have an apple now. Then I’m going to have some sweet potato at 4 and have a shake at 8 for dinner. It’s 5 pm now. I forgot to eat as I was busy working.
I suddenly got so hungry so I checked the time and it’s 5 already.
I haven’t cooked my sweet potato yet. I have to do it now. I have a serious problem. I just moved here 2 days ago.
I don’t know where they hid the air fryer. Found it. I washed the sweet potato. I brought the sweet potato here. I was doing other things while it was cooking so more time has passed. It’s 6:12 pm now. Let’s eat this I ate a lot here. My stomach was a bit uncomfortable and couldn’t digest properly. I think it would be better to do this for 3 days. This sweet potato is as sweet as honey~ Sweet potato and milk go really well together. I want milk. I felt like I would have it at an awkward time if I don’t drink it now so I decided to have it with sweet potato. It’s great that one packet of this contains 20g of protein. I even sold it on my market. It’s so delicious. I’ve been eating it a lot. I gotta watch. I stopped watching it at season 3. I started watching it again 2 days ago and it’s quite good. It’s past 8pm now. I’m going to the gym There’s a gym in my apartment. I won’t do anything too harsh. I’m going to do a very simple work out. 60kg. I’ve lost 0.5kg in a day. It’s 12:30 right now. Today is Saturday the 21st. It’s time to have dinner. For today’s dinner, I’m going to eat sweet potato and this shake which I haven’t had today yet. This is Cookies & cream flavor.
It seems really delicious. It’s been 2 days if I include today. I just gotta stick to it for one more day. It’s 7pm right now. After I finish this, I’m going to go to the gym at 9 and work out. (I ended up not going as I felt lazy ^.^!) I have so many plans next week. I’m worried.
That’s alright. I will work hard on my diet next year. My goal is to stick to this IU diet and be 57kg in January. 59.8kg. I’ve lost 0.2 kg compared to yesterday. 0.2kg loss is not that bad.
This routine isn’t for a dramatic weight loss. I’m doing it for debloating and detoxing as my stomach was irritated from eating too much. I’m SOOOO hungry. I should have an apple in the morning but I’m going to have apple and sweet potato together. This much of food won’t make me gain weight. I won’t gain weight from this. It’s alright. Apparently morning is the best time to eat an apple.
Apples are delicious. It’s lucky that I like apples. I wasn’t a huge fan of apples before but interestingly, my taste has changed as I grew up. I like apples now. Don’t you think my face is debloated compared to the first day? It’s slimmer. (I got full while eating so I decided to have the sweet potato later)
I’m filming a makeup video today so I gotta wash and quickly get ready after eating this. I’m hungry.. It’s 3:20 pm right now. I filmed a GRWM video which I haven’t filmed in a while. I’m going to have sweet potatoes now. I brought two as I’m so hungry now. This is one sweet potato. I’m only having one sweet potato. I’m so hungry. It can’t be helped. I’m so hungry. I had a sudden craving for Jjajangmyeon earlier. I was tempted to delete this video and order the Jjajangmyeon. But I might as well finish this plan as today’s the last day. I will have Jjajangmeyon later. There’s no one home at sunday afternoon. The sunlight is coming through the window. The view from the new place is so good. I can see a mountain from here. It feels great to just chill. I have so many eating plans next week. Christmas is next week and it’s the end of the year. I have 5 schedules next week where I will be eating out. That’s why I’m doing this IU diet right now. I think I’m going to gain so much weight after next week. I’m 59.8kg right now. Let’s just round that up to 60. It’s December now…
My goal is to go between 54- 55kg by next June. If I work really hard on this diet, I could easily lose 5kg a month but I don’t want to work too hard cause that’s going to be stressful. Stress is the enemy for a diet. This is my second sweet potato but like I said, I’m not having two sweet potatoes. These two together are one. I’ve divided one in half lol After this, I gotta edit my videos. I’m gonna start working and have the shake around 6 ot 7. I should have Labnosh today. My family is having Samgyetang. I’m going to have this. This Labnosh product is really delicious. The time flew by while I was working on multiple stuff. It’s past 8 now. I’m going to quickly have this now and go out and have a short walk for 15 minutes. I feel locked up to be home all day. Labnosh Food Shake is usually really good but Grain flavor is not my cup of tea. It tastes like real grain shake. It tastes like real grains. I’m going to go out for a walk now. I managed to follow IU’s diet plan for 3 days. My weight was 60.5kg on the first day. This morning, my weight was 58.6kg on an empty stomach. I’ve lost 1.9kg in 3 days. I’ve checked my body line today. I’ve lost quite a lot of belly fat compared to the first day. I tried this 3 days diet plan as I’ve been eating a lot lately. I hate going over 60kg. I wanted to reduce my weight a bit. Also, my whole body felt bloated so I wanted to debloat it. I didn’t expect a dramatic change from it but the result is good. I’m happy with it. On my last video, I said I don’t necessarily recommend it.
But I’ve changed my mind after trying it for the second time.
Your body won’t get damaged too much from eating like this for 3 days in a year. As long as you don’t overeat after this, I think this is quite a good plan. If you want to debloat your body or currently on a diet but stopped losing weight, I highly recommend it. But I wouldn’t recommend it for a week. I think doing this for a week might affect your health.
But I think 3 days won’t do much damage. I have so many schedules where I’ll be eating out this week. I’m worried that I might go back to 60kg after this week but that’s fine. When you are on a diet, your weight tends to go up and down. It’s good to enjoy the slow progress. I’m a slow dieter. I will continue to post diet vlogs from today.
