hello my friend I've gotta say I'm looking good okay even if you don't like the beard I am radiating health I'm feeling so healthy I am looking so healthy and that's because I am being so healthy it's been a while since I made a just straight-up wellness video and I need to share with you all a lot of the changes that I've been making and I am now fending for myself I'm gonna share with you all everything that I eat in one week hopefully that's gonna inspire you as well and inform you perhaps to make healthier choices because I want you all to be as healthy and happy at me I am happy I am happy and doing everything in my power to be even healthier and smarter and make the best decisions as an individual and as a father so before I get to the food and this will also be a MOOC bang I'm doing everything an update on my fitness so I'm done with the trainer sad about that but I have been able to keep it up on my own and it hasn't all fallen apart I haven't stopped going to the gym I'm so relieved because that was a bit of a concern for me a fear that I would just make up excuses oh I'm too busy today you know if I'm not paying for a trainer if I'm not holding myself to that high standard being accountable where it'll hurt me if I don't show up financially well I still show up my last session because I had pre-book of them was earlier in the week for the last few days I have been going and taking group fitness classes at my new gym a wide variety of classes a thin class I took a class I took that's more of a weight class I took another class on the treadmill and I actually think it's it's not better but like different and maybe this will also open up my pool of people in my life maybe I'll make new friends maybe on me the boyfriend there or hook up buddy ain't nothing wrong with any of that the teachers are really good at this gym they make it fun while acknowledging that we're working hard it's hard work okay there are no shortcuts to be healthy you have to put in the effort that means eating healthy ly 90% of the time and being active I would say five days a week at least I'm not getting paid to promote anything I went to Trader Joe's I'll show you my Trader Joe's haul but they're not paying me neither is Weight Watchers of all of those weight-loss programs out there I think that Weight Watchers is the best one even if I don't agree with counting calories I've said this in the past it's just about being healthy and knowing the kinds of food that you put into your body which is why I'm excited for this hall and mukbang because everything that I got at the supermarket when I went today is super healthy and I made sure to yes I read the labels oh that sounds good but oh wow that's got a ton of sodium in it that's not really good so a mostly fresh stuff a some frozen food and other items but you know frozen stuff has sodium in it a lot of the times and it'll be fascinating if any expert is watching this like a professional nutritionist I'd love to hear your take on the items that I purchased for one week of eating approximately a week you know if I I'm not gonna starve myself and I'm not gonna overeat I've just decided that so if I were not a food sooner I'll go and get more food if I am full I'm clearly not gonna just keep eating because I have more food here or maybe I need to go and pick up an extra few salads or whatever and I have enough fruit or I have enough whatever like you know today I had still a lot of fruit left over because before I got rid of my meal delivery as I told you all I think the best approach for me was to treat this like an addiction so instead of going cold turkey I have cut out the snacks for like the last week plus before I ended it and just that was a big change so whatever you're not talking let's start looking Oh sugar snap peas I mean it's basically a negative calorie food it's got very little nutritional value you get fiber you get you'll actually not not sure you get fiber you get vitamin C you get some calcium and iron and vitamin A but it's just good as a snack you know I'd rather it's almost like eating kale like this to me is dense it requires energy to chew it so you know it's better to snack on this then and also this is not that expensive I'll show you another item that I wanted to snack on but it costs a lot of money you got to be mindful with the snacks and I love the crunch mmm it feels so fresh I'll put this in the fridge in that vegetable section you have a great snack one of the things that I need to be careful of and I think I made good choices and was mindful is still getting a knot and enough or a lot of protein in oh I I should get paid by Trader Joe's but the reason I said that I wanted to go to Trader Joe's too to my mom when I told her you know I'm willing to make this change and I think it'll be fairly easy it's because Trader Joe's for a really busy person like me they make eating healthy simple ish they make they make it quick and if you're gonna feel like you're stuck cuz it's gonna take you too long to make it lunch or dinner you're gonna you're gonna be tempted to just eat crap Trader Joe's has so many healthy pre-made meals these tons of pre-made salads this whole thing 370 calories a day so my plan on an average day start off the day when I get back home from the listen I've said this before I do intermittent fasting it doesn't work for everybody but it does work for me I don't eat any in the morning just drink my coffee drop my kids off at school go work out I've still been doing my workouts in the morning dip not always at the same time so it's a little bit stressful but I've been making it work and get home shower I'll eat so what I have is I'll have like a either fruit like a banana banana usually in the morning or I'll have Greek yogurt or I'll have some of the other items that I bought and then the plan is to buy to have a the Greek yogurt or about oatmeal to have two salads a day and then have lots of protein and stuff throughout as well like this nonfat plain Greek yogurt only has 90 calories but this sucker right here has 15 grams of protein if I eat this this is 30% of my recommended protein intake for the day so for whatever reason like this has tofu in it I don't know how much protein tofu has this does not have that much protein in it this does so you gotta be mindful of that ah another great snack I love Trader Joe's jicama where is the nutritional value here 7 sticks of jicama is just 30 calories zero fat another great snack II I love just the texture of jicama as well as the Matt peas mmm I won't eat more than one and I bet I will eat too there we go all right another pre-made salad this one's broccoli slaw and kale salad with chicken in it already I love it this one has a little bit more calories oh but you know what it doesn't have a lot of calories if you don't put the whole dressing and they give you so much dressing I've not been using the whole dressing just put a little bit of the dressing on I want to alternate another salad Mexicali salad with chili lime and chicken these are all native to Trader Joe's they make them themselves I love it another salad he's sensing a theme here lemon chicken and arugula salad ooh and this has some couscous in it I love couscous this another great thing to snack on I bought some frozen chicken which it says keep frozen I haven't bought this one before so I think I should listen to them and what I'll do is the night before just take some out put it in the fridge so that it can just slowly defrost and I don't have to use the microwave or the stove topic I'm totally fine eating cold chicken I just like quick and easy I need quick and easy you guys know how hard I work I don't have time ah another great source of protein edamame I love it you're also seeing lots of green stuff I love it this has yeah it also has other things like vitamin D vitamin calcium iron potassium a lot of protein fiber not about a sugar love it another salad the harvest salad with grilled chicken and then generally geek and excited for all of his healthy stuff I was concerned about this I wasn't sure if I was gonna buy the oatmeal but I read the nutritional information and there's two packets in here it says servings per container to each serving is just a hundred and fifty calories and only 4% is from fats and this has to get protein you get your fiber and if it has some sugars in it you know clearly I'm gonna have this in the morning so that I'll make sure that everything is burned off by the time it's bedtime another salad crisp pasadena salad with chicken what is the pasadena salad I don't know but I like it all right over here we got some sliced apples they make it so convenient for you sliced already for your convenience and a reusable plastic bag yo I'm obsessed with Trader Joe's ah a great snack he seems important to snack and snack healthy ly smacking smacking smacking Kent I can't stress that enough Black Forest healthy smoked ham look at this zero fat zero saturated fat low in cholesterol low in sodium great source of protein that one's done okay another yogurt and some smoked salmon quick this I'll probably eat by itself one thing and this entire thing is a hundred seventy calories and well maybe if this one was a mistake this one's a little bit higher in fat but it's a good source of protein and all of the salads I bought today have protein in it but you know in the future if my mom who was a big help if she goes and does a run for me the supermarket and she buys me a salad that doesn't have protein in it if it's just got like a Greek salad which she bought me recently that has no real protein in it it had cheese and walnuts I can add this to it and bam you know I am excited and committed and focused and healthy and happy and hopefully this inspired you all in some way like you got to keep evolving making changes analyzing observing and   8. Pasadena salad is my favorite!!!! Iโ€™ve lost over 200lbs in the last 2 1/2 years with keto and exercise 5-6 days a week. Trader Joeโ€™s is amazing!! They have great variety! I like getting the salad kits, I divide them in half and grill a protein. Eating healthy was super hard for me. Cubans are all about the rice and bread!!!   14. I would change the yogurt to normal fat yogurt. All those salads look delicious!! The only thing I'm like hmmmmmmmmm about is that frozen chicken, don't know about that… But sometimes we need a quick meal and then frozen things are great! Looks like you're doing great! And maybe you could get one of those affiliate links for traderjoe? Only think I don't agree with is the shirt? This is just what Iโ€™m looking to do…Start my diet by going to Trader Joeโ€™s…Pirate Booty the green ones are really good..๐Ÿ‘๐ŸผFire roasted corn,little tomatoes cut in half,edamame,& a sprinkle of feta cheese,I also add cut up avocado or mixed greens..It was a go to meal of mine Iโ€™d bake or grill boneless skinless chicken and add for dinner…Iโ€™m a yo-yo dieter so I have certain go to meals that are tasty and low cal…Make a pot of vegetable soup or chicken soup without the starches….Looking good already Perez๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐Ÿ’ฅโฃ๏ธ
