HEALTHY EATING ASMR: VEGGIE PLATTER  (KALE, RAINBOW CAULIFLOWER, ENOKI, DELICATA SQUASH) | TracyN


Kale Kale is one of my favorite vegetables I particularly like it boiled, baked, or blanched then sauteed with olive oil and garlic I also like raw kale in my smoothie Did you know that 1 cup of Kale contains more vitamin C than an orange? Enoki mushrooms It’s so crunchy and delicious. It tastes slightly sweet I absolutely love enoki, the only thing I dislike is that it’s always stuck between my teeth Delicata squash It tastes similar to butternut squash, but a lot sweeter. The skin of delicata squash is also edible Rainbow cauliflower It comes in 3 different colors: green, purple and orange (yellow). These are natural colors. It has not been dyed As for the flavor, it’s the same as the regular cauliflower

  1. Wow! I love all veggies, you make. Them so satisfying. I want to try those Enoki mushrooms so bad, but I live in the US, and don't know where I can get them.
