How to Follow the Abs Diet | Diet Plan


Hi, my name is Lisa Moskovitz and I’m a registered
dietitian and certified in the state of New York, with a private practice on the upper
east side. I specialize in weight management, exercise
and sports nutrition. And I’ll be talking to you about diets. The Abs Diet. A program that incorporates a meal plan and
an exercise regimen as well. Eating six small meals a day and exercising
three times a week for about 30 minutes at a time allows you to lose abdominal fat and
build lean muscle. While this program is great in the sense that
it promotes exercise and activity – and eating frequently throughout the day will certainly
increase your metabolism – any program that tells you it’s gonna reshape or redefine your
body, you could not really trust. There is no proven fact that eating well will
build lean muscle or lose abdominal fat. The Abs Diet is great in the sense that it
promotes exercise and frequent small meals throughout the day. This will certainly help your metabolism. However, building lean muscle and decreasing
abdominal fat can certainly not happen over night. It takes a lot of hard work, healthy eating
and smart planning.
