Start eating slow and your constipation will get better The time you spend in eating your meals You should take atleast 30 minutes for a meal (lunch) I have tried calculating it Medium diet that you take , if you eat much , you may need more than 30 minutes It will also reduce the amount of food that you eat Spend atleast 30 minutes for lunch Breakfast is generally lite Lunch is generally heavier than breakfast But you shouldn’t eat large meals Eat little , 4 times a day 30 min for lunch Lunch and dinner 30 min for lunch and 30 min for dinner Breakfast , at least 15 mins 15-20 mins , and chew more and well Some people finish their lunch in just 5 mins In 10 mins. they are done with lunch and ready for other things That is not right They eat like that Even when they eat rice , they eat too much in one bite When they eat chappati , they only make 2 portions of whole chappati They just make it half Some people just make 4 bites of whole chappati Come on! Don’t be so cruel on food and yourself so For constipation Best is GUAVA These days people have started liking guava juice Guava is very good for digestion and constipation Second is apple Chew it well And listen , those with weak digestive system When food doesn’t digest well Loss of apetite Eat apple , first thing in the morning Some kids suffer so much from constipation Some kids don’t even go to toilet in the morning After they reach their class , they need to use the toilet And for some children , constipation is so much that we have to give them medicines Why? Because these kids eat bad food Like noodles , biscuits , chocolates All these things stick inside our body Chocolate sticks in teeth and then with intestine Refined wheat flour sticks inside , noodles sticks inside And then these biscuits sticks inside Children eat a lot of bad food and all it does is , damage the digestive organs Even the situation of adults is bad Kids eat these junk foods , that’s why we made its alternative , such as healthy chocolates , whole wheat noodles and biscuits Problem with adults is , they eat a lot of greasy stuff For strength and taste , they eat a lot of greasy stuff Ghee and other heavy foods It doesn’t digest inside Everything you eat should digest inside They eat these things for strength but they don’t have enough strength to digest it first Listen Do Kapalbhati (breathing exercise) It cures constipation Take lite meals Take nutritious food , take satvic meals And Then Apple First thing in morning Papaya Guava These foods help in curing constipation Dry grapes and figs Extremely beneficial in constipation Dry grapes , soak them just 2 hours prior to consumption And you can soak both figs and dry grapes in same water Take 10-15 dry grapes and 3-5 figs , that’s enough First wash it with hot water and take the seeds out from 10-15 dry grapes You can get dry black grapes too , it is available in Gujarat and new delhi Dried black grapes or just dry grapes are very good in constipation Even better than raisins in its nutritious value If you want to increase hemoglobin , cure constipation or for overall constipation So , take 10-15 dried grapes Wash it with hot water and take out the seeds Then soak them in water with 3-5 figs 2 hours prior is enough for soaking Then eat dried grapes and figs , your digestive system will greatly improve
