Lahori Chicken Karahi Recipe Add Cooking Oil Chicken 500 gram Salt half table spoon Deep fry for 5 minutes in medium flame Onion 1 medium size fine chop and cook for 2 minutes Add Tomatoes 3 medium size Cover for 5 minutes in medium flame Add Ginger and garlic paste 1 table spoon or you can use ginger and garlic Water After 5 minutes remove skin of tomatoes Red Chili powder half table spoon, cumin seeds powder half table spoon, methi ( fenugreek) half table spoon, black pepper half table spoon, coriander leaves powder half table spoon salt half table spoon Green chili 3 Red Chili powder half table spoon coriander leaves powder half table spoon and cumin seeds powder half table spoon Mix it very well for 4 to 5 minutes in medium flame Yougurt 50 gram Mix it very well for 2 to 3 minutes Fenugreek seeds ( methi ) half table spoon and Black pepper half table spoon Mix it very well for 3 minutes Our recipe is Ready now add ginger and coriander leaves
