TEA FOR DIGESTION – MINT TEA Mint a handful, Cinnamon small piece, Ginger 1 inch and Honey for taste ( you can add Brown sugar or white sugar) Take 2 Glasses of Water, add Ginger, Cinnamon and Mint leaves Boil for 10 minutes until the essence and flavour is extracted Add Honey to a glass and pour the Mint tea and mix well Mint tea has many medicinal values. Good for Stomach, Liver, Digestion, Good for bad breath and energetic Drink Try this and post your comments. Thanks for watching
