profile, enter in your username and password then click login You will be guided through a series of screens
that will ask you personal profile information, such as height, weight, age, gender, body
type, as well as profession or lifestyle activity. You will also be able to select your weight
control goal. Enter in a goal weight and a rate of weekly weight loss. Select from dozens of registered dietician
designed meal plans that can be printed within minutes along with a grocery list. Select
from disease prevention, fitness and performance, detox and cleanse, as well as other special
needs. Definitions are provided for each of the unique
meal types. [pause] You will also be asked to provide medical
conditions, either current or genetic or family history. The profile summarry page will allow specific
shortcut links to most popular functions, including planning your meals. You can do
a quick food exchange for food preferences. The food database contains nearly 13,000 food
selections. Once you have made your exchange, you can print the meal planner report. It
supports up to 6 meals per day and provides a breakdown of nutritional information including
protein, carbs, fats and calories. You’ll also be able to print the categorized
grocery list which consolidates all the food items needed during your meal plan period. Other functionality the program includes logging;
or keeping a simple food diary. Select foods and add them to specific meal times. The program
supports three primary meals and three snack meals. The food database also provides brand
name foods as well as popular restaurants and fast foods. [pause] There are also a variery of reports that allow
you to analyze your food diary. Some of the reports will provide averaging for a range
of dates over time. The log exercise screen will allow you to enter in the exercise activity
for specific days and calculate the calories burned when you enter in the duration. A calorie
tracking report will reflect calories consumed through food logging and calories burned through
exercising. It can also track your weight control goals. There are over 100 recipes that you may select
from to provide variety in your meal planning program, as well as educational handouts and
