practically rehab over shoulder-joint cars or control particular rotations so with these we're thinking and locking everything down other than the shoulder joint so I don't want a whole lot of movement through my shoulder blade trying to keep my shoulder kind of in place the whole time so I'm a radiating tension throughout my whole body my core my car everything's got attention to help prevent any compensations from going on I'm gonna start here with my right arm so my arm is as straight as I can get and I'm almost like engaging the tricep to keep the elbow from Denver bending my wrist is nice and long and straight as well so first I'm going to go into as much shoulder flexion as I can so trying to go overhead as far as I can without extending through my lower back or rotating from side to side everybody's position is gonna be a little bit different honest once I hit my end range from here I'm going to kind of internally rotate or move the shoulder and joint up here so pretend to like an X on my bicep and with that bicep I'm going to try to rotate that in the socket as I'm trying to reach directly behind me so I continually internally rotating and I'm gonna finish right next to my hip with the nutless facing the hip then I just bring back the other direction so I'm gonna go back as far as I can without rotating or without flexing forward and then pretending that X on the bicep again now it's going to external rotate nice and controlled all the way back around where I just was so slower the better give you a side view and this as well some good tension nice and slow also make sure your heads not kind of darn it for as we do this rib cage snake down trying to reach straight back internally rotating the shoulder you
