this one's from elevating chiropractic rehab dr. Brittney here to help demonstrate founder exercise which is part of the foundation training that we do here elevate so looks like with the suger Washington's will be applied done kind of the basic foundation training from taking five seconds in the inhale five seconds on the exhale with these exercises so I'm gonna have dr. Brittany get into a good hinge position first this is kind of the setup for this versus kind of going over what we're looking for here so shins relatively straight up and down which this is getting a good stretch on her hamstrings and her spine is nice and long and neutral she's not like overly rounded or extended through the lower back that's kind of step one you stand back up so then from there once you kind of get that dialed in we're gonna create tension with the lower body so now I can't really be able to see this but with her feet she's going to try and squeeze them together without letting her knees came in so this is gonna create tension on the inside of her legs or her adductors creating some stability so now while maintaining that squeeze together with her feet she's gonna get back into that hinge that we just talked about so finding a good stretch in the back of her legs and she's going to reach her arms out and probably try to even things like she was trying to reach her butt all the way to the other in rouble look more she's a billion or more of those stretch there in the back legs she's also got tension here with her hands she's not overly engaging the traps there we go up and keeping those down and then she holds for five seconds on the end you know thinking getting the spine as long as you can and then on the exhale hollow my out at the belly pulling the belly button in towards the lumbar spine I'll give one more breath here get all that air out very nice and then when she stands up she still maintains that neutral spine pushes her legs through and then relaxes that is you
