hey everyone is the queen of feeling fabulous Rochelle my real Austin and I want to talk to you about four things that I predominantly work on in my wellness pillar when I work with my clients and people who are interested in really elevating their wellness and I utilize the principles of holistic medicine because within these four things I manage their very instrumental and keeping us healthy and well keeping our immune systems keeping us going back looking great and keeping our body processes functioning to the optimal and best level as possible so you ready did you know I always come with something very interesting and just a little bit different but check this out the four things that I want to share with you that I think is highly important and I don't think people really discuss it to my exploit and they're very important to our health and well-being are these I called the past and the EE so the CC so to speak and the first one is sleeping sleep is very important and I'll come back to that in a minute the next one is sex sex is very important to our health and well-being the next one is e being because what you take in builds the foundation of what goes on inside your body and the last one is exercise because if you stay stagnant guess what stagnant things begin to die and that is what we call a deterioration process we don't want the deep curate we want to elevate and accelerate right so that's my SS and my double eaves and I focus on these utilizing holistic principles to help balance these areas within you so that you can actually experience optimal health and being sleep is one of the most important things that we can do for our body because we're sleeping we allow our body to relax to rest to rejuvenate and to re-energize and if your sleep process is interrupted in any means whether you have difficult to be fallen asleep you have difficulty staying asleep or you have difficulty waking up that signals an imbalance within your don't show your body type and that imbalance needs to be balanced because without enough sleep guess what your body processes begin to break down so sleep is a very important aspect in regards to maintaining your health and well-being the next thing I want to talk about is yes sex but not in a dirty way in a very healthy holistic and healing balancing way for our bodies now God created us to procreate right and there's a reason why he created not only our sex organs but the sex hormones that go with it sex is something that we all need to have it's a form of release it's a form of rejuvenation it's a form of energizing for some people it's a form of relaxation but whatever it is it's a natural thing and we all need to engage in it so that we can allow well we call oh just within our body to really get strengthen solidify and strong so that we can go on and live with the life of our bliss right so sex is very important my friends and if you have any imbalances with regards to sex whether you're not having enough whether you're not having any at all whether you're not whether you're not enjoying it or whether or not you're having too much and yes you can have too much that signals off of an imbalance and for everything to work optimally within our bad bodies remember in our minds everything has to be a synchronized balanced type of state so we need to have a balanced amount of sexual activity to help keep things working and processing and our bodies more you the next thing I want to talk about is I do say eating in the intro but I want to switch to exercise and I want to talk about exercise first as the first aid because I don't care what anybody tells you I don't care what guru out there you listen to I don't care I don't care I don't care if I'm honest telling you that you do not need to exercise to keep your body fabulous fit and fine healthy and well and balanced then they're lying to you and I'm gonna stray I'll call them out they're lying to you our bodies are made for motion our bodies are made to move just like everything and in nature everything that's created on this earth everything moves from our earth rotating around itself to our earth rotating around the Sun from the birds flying the fish swim and people walk in trees growing roots plants everything grows everything is meant to move some move faster than others and some move very very slow so microscopically slow that we can't see it but there's always a forward progress with movement so our human bodies are physically made to move and if you think about it people that have jobs that are stagnant where they don't move at all they're not as fit and healthy not unless they do something outside of work if you're sitting on your behind all day you're not moving that's not good that's not good without movement without being circuit or planing and then balanced in a harmonic way stagnation occurs and we've all seen those beautiful legs that were beautifully moving and flowing that happy come stagnant and basically full of dead things okay so what stagnation becomes dead if you think about your blood flowing through your body if your blood does not flow through your body you have major problems because there's stagnation things begin to cut off the pool and puddle in that is not good again leading to death so when you think of exercise don't think of it as just something that you have to do to go to the gym to do there's many ways that you can get exercise many ways that you can keep your body moving that will actually help to keep you healthy and well it will help to keep your dosha your body type balanced and if you want to know exactly what type of exercise you should be doing for your body type because just because somebody is a runner doesn't mean that everybody can be a runner or somebody does yoga I say everybody can get yoga but just because somebody's doing hot yoga just I mean that hot yoga is for everybody so if you want to really know what type of exercise you need should be doing for your body type not necessarily to lose weight but just to stay healthy fit and have your muscles toned keeping things moving and balancing within your body then you want to take the unique body type quiz at your unique body type calm again your nunik your unique body type calm and you can either welcome nation with regards to what your body type is and probably I'm sorry most predictably what type of exercise you should be doing for your body just say it fabulous healthy and well and balanced so exercise is important and again if anyone is telling you that you don't need to say to do any exercise to stay fit and healthy and well they're lying to you and I'm calling them out all right so the last thing I want to talk to you about in my double whip and Emily are the components of eating eating my friends is one of the most one of the most important things that we can do to keep our bodies balanced healthy well energized strong immune systems and with a strong body you can get a strong mind with a strong line you can get a strong body but you gotta feed it the right stuff and you gotta feed it the stuff that's right for you in your body type you see what we take in what we eat gets processed in a money and it's disseminated throughout our whole body so it is the root it is the foundation the strength that we want to build a healthy body upon so if you take in really good food and you take in the food that's right for your body type guess what you're gonna have a more balanced body system a more balanced digestive system flowing and you're gonna be more balanced healthy and well your body's gonna process things and it's gonna have a really yummy yummy feeling because it's getting exactly what it means to build a strong foundation which helps to keep you staying healthy and well and balanced right but if you take in bad food you eat too much junk not only will you see in your weight gain and the way your body looks but you'll also feel it inside processes won't work effectively you'll have problems with your meditation because again what we take in bills the foundation of our health from the roots all the way up so it's very important to take in the best food possible and very important to take in the food that's right for your body type that your body type is loving craving desires wants to actually stay balanced and operate at an optimal level for you then I could go on and on and on talking about eating but I just wanted to give you a little intro and piqued your curiosity about the SS and the devil ease that I call the C C's because with the C C's if you have all of those little areas balanced guess what there's no chance for illness or disease to come in your body will thank you tremendously you look great you'll feel great you'll be energized your mind will be vibrant creative flowing with all kinds of possibilities for you your internal organs will be lush and full of yumminess because they're getting satisfied every every component way and and you will live a lot longer and be a lot healthier you just incorporate some of these simple little things and puts in mine and put to mine a priority I would say rather make a priority to really nurture yourself with the SS and the double e's and again that sleeping sets exercise and eating and if you're having any
