  12. Only by watching the calorie limits is pretty obvious that this is unhealthy.. But Jennie nevere really shared her diet and as i saw she eats 3meals per day with snacks ,which is good as a sceduale..If the height and weight here is correct she is underweight ,she needs 3 kilos ,but bc it depends and in ur bodyshape and ur bones weight she is ok ,plus as an idol she works a lot so it's obvious that it's not easy to handle it right… But when i see her and the other girls they really look very thin in the legs ,i think they need to eat a little bit more.. As long as they are healthy everything is perfect ,2 kilos up 2 kilos down doesn't matter that much if she takes from her foods what her body needs.. Plus to everyone out there wants to loose weight, find the right kilos for ur body ,if they are ok but u still want to loose weight i suggest u to stop want this.. But if u really are uncomfortable or feeling bad u can just excersice but eat enough to stay in the same kilos ,throught excersice ur body would get tight and toned wich would make u feel better,bc sometimes we think that what we want is to loose kilos but what actually annoys us is the form of our body.. Eat healthy and take care of ur self 💘

  16. I eat 500-1000cal in day and I am doing 3 hours of extreme work out every day. It is very healthy for me but we all are different.

  17. Few days later am gonna Put my Healthy diet that I lost 11 kg in three months , i made it ! And the doctor was surprised because it was to9 healthy , you can enjoy food ( like really you eat whatever you want ) and 11 kgs in three months only

Guys this isn't jennie's diet because the diet rules she showed at the begining are from a website dedicated to anorexics: they sometimes do this diet plans with the name of some celebrities just for motivation but of course the celebrities don't do them! I know all this because I have an eating disorder and I go to this kind of websites sometimes and it can be really bad and toxic for some people that have already some kind of eating issues so please just don't do this! Believe me, it's hell and you can't just start eating normally again… Hope this helps and sorry for my english.

I gotta tell you guys this all blackpink member (so including jennie) have confirmed that they dont do real diets they just dont eat too much and when they do always hold it in mind that they do alot of excercices and trainings for their shows and stuff and when you to do that youll loose alot of calories too also rosé and lisa can eat more and still be thin its bcs of how your body is build not about how much you eat also blackpinks diet is the most healthy diet of all kpop idols bcs they actually dont diet its just not eating to much and just look out about what you eat bcs you can eat alot of vegetables or fruit bcs you wont get fat from it

  21. Personally i believe this diet is way better than most diets followed by kpop idols. It has both proper nutrients and exercise. Tho yes, the calorie intake is too low. But recently i started following this diet (not by watching this video tho, i just wanted to start a healthy food habit xD) and i shed around 6 kgs in 3 months… dk if that's normal but i'm pretty happy with my result

  25. dear girls, even 1000 calories are too small for your body, especially if you exercise, then you should eat more. The human body burns an average of 2000 calories in 24 hours without doing anything, that is, without even getting out of bed, you can lose 1500-2000 calories per day. PLEASE DON'T TASTE SUCH DIETS, because it will take some time and you will eat NORMALLY again, AND NOT 600 CALORIES. YOU CAN LOSE YOUR PERIOD AND BURNT MUSCLES.

  26. Yeah, blackpink in general don’t technically have a “diet” they just control how much junk they eat and try not to stuff themselves which every person should normally do. And on a basis they’re good about exercise and dancing. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  30. jennie has never disclosed her diet fully. she just eats in porportions, 3 meals a day with snacks, cuts down on salty food before stages.

  32. lol Blackpink never shared anything of their diet and I doubt they have a strict one, when they have to lose weight for example before a comeback, they basically train more and probably eat less fatty things and that‘s it.

    Also the only thing Jennie shared is that she likes to eat avocado salad and Rosé likes to eat paprika and carrots when they diet but that's it.

    Blackpink never had a strict diet and it shows actually compared to other idols who starve themselves and there are videos of them having a 'drastic weight loss' while those girls here don't really change much.

  37. Just do 20:4 intermittent fasting,10 min of sunlight,1 multivitamin pill a day and 7 hours sleep…
    Eat as much as you want in the 4 hour eating window…..
    Your muscles will become stronger….
    Ant you will have a perfect body

  38. Jennie’s diet is honestly nit that bad for a Kpop idol because for example some Kpop idols only have one meal per day or one apple and a protein shake
