this claim from elevate chiropractic in rehab going over wall angels exercise today so a lot of stuff going on this exercise so so this first off the set up my feet are going to be a little bit in front of the wall but that's gonna do is allow me to get my button my back my head up against the wall so it's with these three points and without like a big extension to my lower back something just getting as flat as I can around there to kind of get the core keep that engaged and then from there I'm gonna start by bringing my hands out in front and so a couple things going on here I'm trying to bring my elbows together to kind of get some scapular protraction so if you're watching this way I'm kind of getting that moving forward so that's a good start point right there from there I'm going to flex my forearms or flexing the elbows and then I'm gonna bring my hands right above my head and the goal here is to touch the wall without having big extension through the lower back then opening up so kind of getting more scapular retraction here so opening up trying to get as supply as I can against the wall and slide it down into a W so kind of bringing those shoulder blades a little closer together still thinking and externally rotating I know this kind of relax my arms down and then back forward and then we can also go the other direction so the starting right is finished with the previous one up to the W right above my head keeping my fingers on the wall bring those elbows as close together as I can down to my chest and then back out does the side of you to kind of get an idea in my back should be relatively straight station up and down because I'm going through this nice control that is you
