Whole, Real Food


One of the first questions I get when I
start talking with people about food is what the heck am I supposed to eat? And the answer is actually really simple. I want you to focus on this one thing: whole,
real food. Now what I mean is when you’re choosing foods, choose foods that came
from nature, a plant or an animal, pretty simple right? What this does is it
doesn’t immediately jump you into a really different version than what
you’re eating now, all it does is gets you to look at what you’re eating
currently and ask yourself: How can I choose a whole, real food version? A
simple example is french fries. You could swap them out for roasted potatoes or
even find a version that’s made with whole, real ingredients. And that is how
you start building healthy, sustainable habits for health, for life and for real.
