this is Clint from elevated chiropractic and Rehab doctor breaker here to explain the woodpecker exercise from the foundation training series so hover kind of come out in front here think of this as this kind of a progression of the founder or like a single-leg founder so like with founder we want to kind of get in a good hinge position again so we're going to bring your hips back here get into that kind of position where she did the good stretch on the back of the legs she's trying to reach her but that come as much as she can now from here we're going to do this with her planting her left foot and sliding her right foot back so I'm kind of almost on her tippy toes here she's still keeping relatively straight up and down with his front leg and then you should see she's got a nice straight line all the way up from her leg all the way up through her spine its purpose so from here she's thinking the same kind of breast with all those other foundation training poses five seconds and yoga as long as she can 5 seconds on the exhale hauling that out tension here with the fingertips traps are relaxed ready one more breath it's fine she can come back very nice so obviously we do the same thing on the other side so that is you
