can we have access to doctors and nurses healthy food in clean water and air were able to live happy healthy lives but not all of these things are always in place and whether or not people can get really sick but we can all do things to improve the health and well-being of ourselves and others there are lots of ways to improve your health and well-being one of the ways is through exercise second my sister she wanted to help children get fit form friendships and enjoy life so they started to raise money for soccer Without Borders which organizes sports events for children living in poor areas Charlotte Lucy told her family and friends about the amazing work that soccer Without Borders do he sent emails and wrote letters to all their local sports clubs asking for donations because of their efforts they help children all around the world get out the food that we and impacts our health and well-being particularly when we're young that's what she didn't mark the pain began writing a blog never seconds to show other people the kinds of foods that were available in her school they were very healthy and left Martha feeling tired and hungry when she got home her blog received a lot of attention from people like celebrity chef Jamie Oliver which helped to change the food served in her school canteen but also raised lots of money for Mary's meals a charity that provides free meals some of the world's poorest children there is no one solution that can reach the goal of good health and well-being for everyone but there is something that each of us can do to make the world a better place what action can you take right now
