in today's your healthy family as we look forward to Bike to Work Day in Colorado Springs on Wednesday we're talking about the many benefits of riding your bike for both your physical and mental health place to cling to work is a great way to enjoy the mornings and and get get some personal time exercising into the start of the day I put to work probably of a few times a month bike several times a week sometimes before going to work you know I think it's a great way to have a little stress relief get some cardiovascular fitness that's really one of the most important things I think we all can can do dr.
